Wheaties Movie Promotional Box Sweepstakes Official Rules

Sponsor: General Mills Sales, Inc., One General Mills Boulevard, Minneapolis, MN 55440 (“General Mills” or “Sponsor”)

Entry Period: The Wheaties Thunderbolts Promotional Box Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open between May 2, 2025 at 8:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and May 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Entry Period”). Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, employees of Marvel Studios, LLC., The Walt Disney Company, and their affiliates are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: To receive one (1) entry, during the Entry Period, visit the @Wheaties page on Instagram at www.Instagram.com/wheaties, find the post referencing the Sweepstakes made at approximately 10 a.m. CT on May 2, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Post”) and complete these steps: 1. Follow @wheaties and 2. Make an appropriate comment on the Sweepstakes Post using the hashtag #WheatiesSweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. For one (1) additional entry, during the Entry Period, share the Sweepstakes Post on your personal Instagram stories and tag @Wheaties. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void. One winner be selected in a random drawing occurring on or about May 6, 2025 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period. Limit two (2) entries per person/per social media account during the Entry Period. The entrant’s Instagram account must be in good standing. An Instagram account is available for free at www.Instagram.com. All Terms and Conditions of Instagram apply.

Prizes: Ten (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize will consist of one collectible Wheaties cereal box featuring Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts* with acrylic case. Please note that Wheaties cereal is not included in the box. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $40. ARV of all prizes: $400.00. Potential winners will receive a direct message from Sponsor on or around May 6, 2025. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Prizes will be received within 3 weeks of winner verification.

Comment Conditions: Entries may be deemed void if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that a post (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive; violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; (ii) depicts or identifies a child that is not the child or legal ward of the entrant; (iii) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons; promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; (iv) is obscene or offensive; (v) contains defamatory or disparaging remarks about other people or companies; (vi) contains personal identification, such as personal names or e-mail addresses; (vii) contains materials owned or controlled by others, without permission; (viii) communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate; or (ix) violates any law.

General Conditions: Sweepstakes may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, posts or photos, incorrect, changed or non-functioning Instagram accounts; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, printer errors, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entry requests, posts, photos, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’ sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries/posts/photos received prior to action taken. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, and (ii) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Marvel Studios, LLC, The Walt Disney Company, Instagram, their subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (“Released Parties”) against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of an prize. Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of participating in the sweepstakes or sweepstakes-related activities, or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Marvel Studios, LLC or The Walt Disney Company.

Winners: Sweepstakes winners will be posted at www.Wheaties.com/sweepstakes within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes.
